Journaling

I still blog to journal and write down a few things so I don't forget! I've started subbing again and with that said life is very busy! All the kids are doing well. Ty and Abby are almost done with 3rd grade. Benji goes to PreK at Eduprize and really likes it. I am looking forward to the summer only because I get to spend time with the kids and not be on a structured schedule.

Ben got a new job after almost 4 years being at BofA. He is happier and I am happier. It is more money and he needed a new atmosphere.

Lately, I want to slow life down because I am realizing how fast time goes. Seeing the kids getting older by the minute and realizing we have been in our 1st home for 10 years this June. I feel like so much has happened in 10 years but it went so fast... really like a blink of an eye! I have been enjoying time with Ben and the kids even the daily routine of things sometimes. I want to try to live in the moments of present life and slowly store it away in my heart!

Even with all the struggles of daily life with what comes with family, I have loved the opportunity to be apart of my family. I have joy right now. Life is not perfect but that is the point. We have done so much in the past few months! :)

Halloween 2012

Halloween 2012 was another great one! We stayed in our neighborhood and cousins came to trick o treat with us! I really feel blessed that my kids can create many memories with their cousins. :)

Abby's Baptism

Abby turned 8 in July and then she was baptized August 18, 2012! We love her and are happy for her decision to be baptized. She is such a jewel inside and out! It was a wonderful day spent with family and friends!

I was amazed by all the support and love we received that day from our loved ones!

Summer Happenings....now memories...

The summer break from school is now over and the kids are back on the school schedule whether we were ready for it or not. We had a good break and I enjoyed being enveloped in the daily to do's with the kids! I smiled a lot, hugged big, cuddled every so often and played with the kiddos.
